On our All Inclusive Sevice Menu you’ll find our entire buffet of services that you can pick and choose from to fill your plate. All of these items are included in all rate packages. We will consult with you to strategize a plan in order to create a knock-out affiliate program and assist you in choosing which items from our buffet fit your needs best. Once we’ve discussed your options and agreed upon a course of action, you can sit back and relax - we will do the rest.

This service is for those of you who already have a program in place …
Maybe your current program is struggling or perhaps you have a program that you’d just like to kick into high gear or maybe you just need someone to free this time for you so you can focus your time on some more important aspects such as your customers, your products or services. If this sounds like you, this is how we’ll get you started:
First we’ll start off by reviewing your product and/or service as well as your current program. We’ll supply you with our specialized client questionairre for you to complete. This will let us know exactly what you need and want from your program and affiliates. We will contact any current affiliates, introduce ourselves and request their participation in an affiliate questionairre about your current program. This will allow us to get to know your affiliates as well as get a feel for what they want and need as an affiliate. Affiliate feedback is important because these are the people who are doing the selling for you. We’ll analyze all of the information gathered to create a comprehensive strategic plan of action that’s perfect for both you and your affiliates designed to improve your results substantially.
Full Course
For those of you that have nothing more than an awesome product, product line or service and a strong desire to host a successfull affiliate program, this is how we’ll get you started.
How exiting! Here we get to let our imagination run wild but we’ll start off slow with a review of your product or service. We will then have you fill out our specialized client questionaire letting us know exactly what you want and need from your program and affiliates. If needed, we’ll continue with a further consultation with you. We’ll analyze all information gathered to create a custom-made strategic plan of action that best fits your needs.
After that we’ll spice things up a bit by finding the perfect affiliate service solution for you. Upon agreement we’ll complete the initial installation and full setup of your program. This also includes everything listed on our takeout menu.

Affiliate Recruitment - We will determine the best types of sites to promote your product or service. We will perform the search to find them and contact these potential affiliates via our various options of contact.
Affiliate Training - A large part of all of our plans of action rely heavily on the training of your affiliates. We will create a personalized form of training specifically for your affiliates as well as put it into action. We will take the necessary time to give your affiliates the training they need to make your program a success.
Affiliate Communication - Communication with your affiliates is critical and a key ingredient to the success of your program. We will keep in touch with your affiliates (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) via the contact method of your choice (blog, newsletter, yahoo group). With us, your affiliates will constantly be “in the know” with our constant contact.
Creation of Communication Method - If you do not already have a method of keeping in contact with your affiliates, we will consult with you to come up with the best option for you (blog, newsletter, yahoo group, etc.) Once a method is agreed upon, we will get it set up. (This includes set up of an autoresponder if you so wish.)
Affiliate Consultation - We will be available for one on one consultation with each of your affiliates to help them come up with an individualized plan of action if needed/requested.
Affiliate Motivation - We will assist you in choosing tasks that encourage affiliate motivation such as product/service discounts, specials, affiliate contests, promotions, affiliate acknowledgement, etc. We will also hold and follow-through with all tasks needed for contests and promotions.
(Note: There’s nothing more motivating than affiliate contests and recognition. We have lots of contest and promotional ideas as well as tons of contacts to help us make your contests well worthwhile for your affiliates AND all for little to no cost at all to you.)
Affiliate Support/Service - Just like you will be conducting customer support and service with your customers, we will be handling all affiliate support and service with your affiliates. We will assist with any help they need or answer any questions that may arise. We will give your affiliates our email address to contact us about anything concerning your affiliate program. (This service alone is virtually priceless to you.)
Affiliate Center Creation - We will create a “one stop shop” to host all of your creatives such as articles, grahpics, advertisements, etc. available for your affiliates use. (Creative creation and website or blog installation is not included however is available for purchase from our ala carte menu.)
Program Submission - We’ll submit your program to every affiliate program directory on our list as well as a lifetime listing (for the life of your program) in our own directory of programs.
Article Distribution - We will submit your articles to our list of many article directories. Article marketing is an excellent way to “get your name out there” as well as establish yourself as an expert in your field. (Article writing is not included on our All Inclusive Menu however is available for purchase from our ala carte menu.)
Online Press Release Distribution - Online distribution of your press release enables your news story to be syndicated and published again and again as well as increases organic search engine traffic to your website. We will submit your press release to our list of online press release submission sites, directories and newswires. (Additional fees may apply should you choose any websites that charge. You will be able to pick and choose which websites you would like us to use and will know up-front of any fees. Press Release writing is not included on our All Inclusive Menu however is available for purchase from our ala carte menu.)
Client Consultation - We will consult with you every step of the way. We will be available to discuss any issues you may have, share and discuss any ideas (about creatives, contests, promotions, specials, etc.). You will be be able to contact us at any time concerning anything about your program. (Remember we are the one’s who will now take care of every aspect of your affiliate program - you can now come to us about everything.)
Monthly Detailed Work Log - You’ll never have to wonder “what you’re paying for”. We will keep a detailed log of every task we do as well as how long each task takes. Once a month we will submit to you a detailed work report. (This also helps you to analyze the amount of time you’re saving by having us do the work for you … because as we all know, time IS money too.)
Create Brandable Viral Creatives - We can convert your word documents into Viral PDF files. This is great for free ebooks, reports, etc for your affiliates to give away (creating the viral effect). We can also take those PDF files and make them brandable. With our software, your affiliates will be able to brand them with their own affiliate links. (Affiliates love creatives such as these!)
Affiliate Commission Payment - We’ll pay your affiliates for you every “payday” you choose.
Affiliate Training Seminars - We will do everything involved with setting up an affiliate training seminar from the initial plans/organization to speaking/hosting the seminar itself. We will create the training material, plan, organize, schedule and obtain the room, contact your affiliates, host/speak and even type the transcripts from your seminar for your affiliates future use. (Included in this are the options of assisting either clients and/or affiliates - recruiting fairs, affiliate training seminars, online parties, affiliate chats, etc.)
